The Fallen Age

A company marches into the old dark.

Why it exists.

A dark-fantasy tactics experiment turning a piece of the Rosmer Creative world into something immediate and playable.

Test whether dark-fantasy worldbuilding can become tactile through a deliberately narrow real-time tactics experience.

How I’m approaching it.

  1. 01

Build one playable slice around movement, danger and survival before widening the scope.

  2. 02

Use the browser as the test surface so each iteration can be shared with almost no friction.

  3. 03

Let interaction pressure-test the fiction: atmosphere has to survive contact with controls, feedback and pacing.

A company marches into the old dark.

Where the idea pushes back.

01

Clarity under pressure

Dark scenes and tactical density still need unmistakable controls, targets and consequences.

02

Scope discipline

A useful experiment needs enough game to test the idea without quietly becoming a full production.

03

World versus loop

The fiction and the tactical loop have to reinforce one another rather than arrive as separate layers.

What exists now that didn’t before.

  • A publicly accessible playable build.
  • A working movement, combat and encounter loop.
  • A visual bridge between Rosmer Creative worldbuilding and interactive work.

The living record.
